Mini World Cup Tournament – Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
- The tournament is open to children aged 7 to 15 years for the Mixed and 7 to 14 years of age for the Girls.
- Players must be registered before the tournament date. Walk-in registrations on the day may not be accepted.
- Age groups will be split into brackets to ensure fair and safe play.
2. Registration and Consent
- A parent or guardian must complete and sign the registration form for each child.
- By registering, parents/guardians give permission for their child to participate and confirm they are in good health to do so.
3. Code of Conduct
- All players, coaches, and spectators are expected to behave respectfully at all times.
- Bullying, aggressive behaviour, or unsporting conduct will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification or removal from the venue.
4. Safety
- Qualified first aiders will be present on site. Any injuries must be reported immediately.
- Shin guards must be worn during all matches. No metal studs or unsafe footwear allowed.
- The club is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property during the event.
5. Format and Rules
- Matches will follow simplified age-appropriate football rules.
- Teams will be assigned to different countries to represent in the "World Cup" format.
- Fixtures, match times, and groupings will be communicated ahead of the event or on the day.
- Referees' decisions are final.
6. Photography and Media
- Photos and video may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish for your child to appear in any media, please inform us at registration.
7. Cancellations
- The tournament will proceed in most weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the organizers.
- In the event of cancellation, we will aim to reschedule where possible. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
8. Liability
- Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children when they are not playing.
